Let Me Tell You a Story

Nothing made me love you more,
Than holding me tightly in your arms,
And not letting go.

Your smile,
Still makes me want to,
Dance a million dances with you.
And when you hold my hand,
It makes me feel like I am,
The most special woman in the world.

When I first saw you,
My heart skipped a beat.
And when you first smiled at me,
In the hall of our old highschool,
Butterflies danced in my stomach.

The rhythm of our love,
Will never be disturbed.
And I knew since the first day,
That you would be mine,
forever.

Fathers

Because of you,
You've taught me how to be
Myself,
And nobody who I'm not.

When I start to slip away,
You bring me back to my roots.

You've caught me when I've fallen,
You've helped me when I'm down,
You've helped me paint that loving face
With a smile: not a frown.

You are my role model,
You are my dad,
You are the one I come to
When someone makes me sad.

You used to come and find me,
When I would run and hide.
Now everyday I pray and hope,
You'll never leave my side.
